Shoes Do not Fit
What is the point of having shoes if they don’t fit? If you’ve received your heels and they do not fit perfectly, please do not wear them and contact us within 30 days of receipt. Please email us at email@example.com and inform us if they are too large or too small. Please send them back to us and we will re-make your heels and ship them to you free of charge. You are only responsible for one-way return shipping.
Return or Exchange for a Different Style
Not completely satisfied? Please ship them back within 30 days of receipt and we will promptly dispatch a new pair of heels for you or provide a refund. You will only be responsible for one-way return shipping! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return/exchange documentation.
1. You can return items within 30 days of receipt, we will provide a refund or exchange.
2. Please email us at email@example.com before you return your item. We cannot accept any return without a corresponding ticket.
3. If your product arrives damaged or broken, please help us by sending clear photos with good lighting for every product affected.
4. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn. Product returns that are soiled, have been altered in any way or do not conform to the above will not be accepted.
5. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
6. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped out, please wait until it arrives. Contact us first so we can provide you with a return address. Sign for the parcel when you receive it and then return it unopened to the address we have provided. We will arrange the refund once we receive the unopened parcel from you, however we will deduct part of the refund as compensation for our shipping fee.
7. Please do not ship the parcel via any kind of express shipping or courier mailing service. If you do so and customs fees are imposed, we will not be responsible for fee payment. Please only use the standard local postal service.
8. Please do not send back your item(s) until we reply back to you with the appropriate address – this is not the same one displayed on your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels sent to the incorrect address.
9. Please fill out any customs documents with the following description and declaration: “Product Return to seller – $0 value”.
10. Items on SALE or purchased using a promotional code will only be eligible for exchange.
